Parameters [....]
They memorize and feed the technical parameters (except parameters of actions)
The parameters are assigned to a routine of treatment, in the general table.
These routines control and transform the values of parameter into technical data.

Orders * + - = == #
 They feed and use parameters with their instantaneous value.
They start the impression in various files.
They can contain beacons.

Technical parameters].... [..]
Those says "htm" can contain the technical names of parameters,  such as]Title[1]
They will be replaced by the value of the parameter indicated (exp: value of the technical parameter]Title[1]).
If necessary, of the special treatments are described in the parameters. One finds there @ at the beginning of line, ] * [, ]1[or]2[.
The modification of the technical parameters is not controlled
